Spacious and comfortable accommodation

Completed in summer 2006, each apartment, located over two floors, can comfortably accommodate four people in two good sized bedrooms, with a sofa bed for up to two further guests; up to 18 people can be accommodated by reserving all three together. Each has a private external patio. All linen and towels are provided.

	The bedrooms Double Bedroom: Each apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower-room. The patio doors off the master bedroom lead to a secluded external patio, which has a table and chairs. The second bedroom in one of the apartments is also furnished with a double bed. Twin bedroom: The second bedroom in two of the apartments is furnished with twin beds. Bed Settee: The leather sofa in each apartment can convert into a comfortable double bed.
	Bathrooms & showers In each apartment the main bathroom is fully tiled, with a hardwood floor. There is a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. The mirror light has a shaver point. In each apartment there is an ensuite shower-room, off the master bedroom, with a walk-in shower cubicle. It is also fully tiled, with a hardwood floor, heated towel rail and shaver point in the mirror light.
	The kitchens The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Lighting is provided by track spotlights in the sloping ceiling above and by pelmet lights below the wall units. The kitchen is finished with a hardwood floor and has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is visually connected to the living area, but is separated by a low level partition at the central staircase.
	The living rooms The large open plan living room has leather sofas/chairs, cable TV, DVD/CD player and wireless broadband internet. The living room has a hardwood floor with cosy central rug. Lighting is provided by track spotlights in the sloping ceiling above, together with occasional lamps. The living room is quite separate from, but visually links with kitchen dining area, which is located at the rear, separated by a low level partition at the central staircase.
