Terms & Conditions

1. The prices quoted include one set of towels/linen per person for the booking period.
2. All heating costs are included.
3. Payment of deposit: 15% deposit (minimum £50) payable on booking.
4. Payment of balance: The rental balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
5. Payment by Credit Card may be possible - 2.5% surcharge.
6. Check-in time: Normally 3pm to 8pm; earlier arrival may be possible - please ask; a representative from LOMOND MEWS will meet you.
7. Check-out time: Normally 10am; later check-out may be possible, but cannot be advised until nearer time of arrival. When you arrive we will explain check-out procedures.
8. Travel cot: We may be able to make one available at no extra cost - please ask.
9. No pets.
10. No smoking in the apartments.
11. Additional charges:

• Late check-in: Between 8pm and midnight Nominal surcharge of £30 applies.
• Check-in after midnight: Please enquire.
• Additional set of towels: £3 per person.
• An extra fold-down bed including linen/towels: May be available for a 7th person - please ask.
